A Critical Step: Professionalizing Project Planning through the Fundraising and Hackathon with Salesforce

The Saika-Elisabeth-Stiftung (SELF) is pleased to report on a highly successful Fundraising and Hackathon held on October 29th and 30th, 2025, at the Salesforce offices in Munich. The collaboration with dedicated Salesforce employees marks a significant advance in the strategic development and professionalization of our foundation.

Sustainable Outcomes for Maximum Impact

The core goal of the Hackathon—the optimization of internal processes—was fully achieved. The teams jointly developed a clearer and more robust structure for our project management. This result is crucial for achieving our mission goals in Cameroon, as it enables us to:

Another focus was on improving internal communication to better involve our field personnel in tracking progress. The optimized processes ensure an effective flow of information, guaranteeing that every resource is maximally deployed for the permanent improvement of living conditions—fully embodying our philosophy of helping people help themselves.
