What a day it was! We had an incredible opportunity to host an Awareness-Raising Event at the Salesforce office in Berlin—and it was a resounding success. The energy was high, the curiosity of the participants genuine, and the support for our cause deeply appreciated.
The program was diverse and engaging. We started with a dynamic presentation on Cameroon, followed by a fun and educational quiz. A special highlight was our gamified donation wheel, which supported our Back2School and Women Empowerment programs and generated great enthusiasm.
A heartfelt thank you goes out to Salesforce Germany, who truly embody their 1:1:1 model. This model powerfully strengthens non-profit organizations like the Saika Elisabeth Foundation (SELF) in multiple ways: through free access to the Salesforce platform, dedicated employee volunteer time for tool development and customization, and donation matching that significantly multiplies the impact of our work.
Of course, no Cameroonian event would be complete without delicious local snacks—from chin-chin to plantain chips and tiger nuts, they provided an authentic atmosphere and perfectly rounded off the day.
We are confident that together, we can continue to raise awareness, build bridges, and create real social impact.
